The Institute has made presentations to a wide variety of audiences who have the common interest of exploring ways to enrich rural life without destroying the way of life that has sustained rural communities for thousands of years. Our presentations discuss not only the hopes of integrated rural tourism, but also the challenges to delivering a quality product and to mitigating the negative impacts of tourism. Presentations are illustrated with meaninful examples that capture the essence of what integrated rural tourism is all about.
